How do I order? 

The only way you can order is through my website. I try to have drops whenever I have enough inventory. I will post the release date announcement on my Instagram as soon as I decide on a date and time. I usually like to post the announcement at least a week in advanced. I will always have a preview available before the drop date where you can read full item descriptions & view photos of every piece! 

Do you offer payment plans? 

After much consideration, I have decided to move forward with Shop Pay installments as an option for all my customers!   

Is your clothing ready-to-ship or made-to-order? 

At this time, I am only offering ready-to-ship items. I may consider made-to-order options in the future.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I only ship within the United States, Canada, and parts of Europe at the moment.

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

All ready-to-ship items will be shipped 3 to 5 business days after purchase.

Can I buy an item before it’s available in a release?

No. That isn't fair to everyone else! Every item for every release will be available at the release time & date.

I just received my item but it doesn’t fit, what can I do?

The best way to contact me is by email or through Instagram. I prefer email for all returns or exchanges. Send me an email right away, as I do not accept any returns after 7 days of the delivery date. I handle all returns and exchanges on a case-to-case basis. I am always willing to help, as I want all my customers to be happy, but I do follow my stated policies. My policies can be found on the policies page on the top left dropdown menu.

Do you do customs?

No. I do not find customs fulfilling, and I honestly don’t have the time for them. Sorry!

Do you have pets? I’m allergic!

I currently live with two cats. Senet (my beautiful orange boy) and Zilla (a mysterious long-haired cutie.) I keep all of my materials and completed items in places that they are unable to access. Pet hair travels easily, that’s why I make sure to pet roll and quality check all items before shipping! If you are worried, please feel free to contact me. I am more than happy to additionally wash an item before shipping it out to ease your mind.

Is your clothing fire-safe?

You will find all the fabric info you need on the “Fabrics” page. This is located on the top left dropdown menu.

I think my item is lost or was stolen in the mail, what do I do?

Please hit me up! I am not accountable for items that are lost or stolen in the mail, but I am 100% willing to file a claim with the USPS.

I have a question, but I don’t see it on this page, who can I contact?
