Policies

Payment 

• All major credit/debit cards are accepted within a secure server.
• I also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay installments.
• Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping 

• Ready-to-ship items will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. 
• Orders are always shipped USPS.
  
• Once your item ships you will receive an automated e-mail along with a tracking number. 
• Please provide accurate information including e-mail, shipping address, and billing information. 
• I am not accountable for items lost or stolen in the mail. 

Returns/Exchanges 

Please check the size chart AND item description before purchasing handmade clothing. I make sure to post substantial information on sizing and what body dimensions each item would fit best. I do not accept returns for failing to do so.

• All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if you want to return your item. 
• Only unworn, unwashed, and unaltered clothing may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item. If any item does not meet these expectations, it will be denied. 
• No returns on lace-up tops, bralettes, tube tops, and underwear. They touch a sensitive area of the body and are prone to smells. 
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns.
• No refunds on any shipping costs. 
• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
